This arrangement is outlined in the ebay user agreement. We reserve the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Furthermore, we shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason. This is to cover the cost of vehicle cleaning, phone calls, shipping and handling of paperwork and title, airport pickup, up to 20 day storage, etc... Free airport pick-up at ft. Airport is offered. This fee is a non refundable fee. If more time is needed, there will be a $35 daily storage charge, unless other arrangements are made. Miles on vehicles are subject to change at any time, due to customer test drives and/or mechanical test drives. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent. Third party inspection companies are not welcome. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. Florida residents are subject to applicable tax for their area. Also, for local bidders, all rules apply. Personal checks are acceptable but may take 7 to 14 days to clear before car can be picked up and title can be sent out. We do accept credit cards and paypal for deposit. All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in broward county, florida. The vehicle shall be delivered in broward county, florida and all obligations of purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in broward county, florida. All vehicles come with clean reassigned title, unless otherwise specified.

Deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is due within 3 days of the auction end. All vehicles are sold free and clear with no liens. Autocheck will show when a lien is issued but they never show when a lien is satisfied. The average turn around time for the shipping of vehicles is approximately 2 full weeks from the day the transporter picks up the vehicle. International shippingdue to the overwhelming amount of shipping to bremerhaven germany, we have locked in some great rates from $1,300 for container shipped vehicles. We offer free daytime running lights on most purchases. As is means that there is no warranty expressed, written or implied on that vehicle. The certified vehicles come with a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty that can be upgraded to up to a 24 month/24,000 mile or 36 month/36,000 mile warranty. This vehicle has appropriate cosmetic and mechanical wear for the age and mileage of the vehicle. As with any pre-owned vehicle, there may be unforseen repairs in the future. We fully inspect the vehicles and roadtest them. We make every effort to disclose any known significant defects associated with the vehicle. We never buy flood or salvage vehicles. The state of florida does not require a safety or emissions inspection. Do not assume if something is not listed that it is included. Please be advised that these window stickers are re-creations formulated from a computer program. These stickers sometimes omit features that are in the vehicle and occasionally add features that are not in the vehicle. The window sticker "prices" are an estimate and not a guarantee of the original sale price or current worth of the vehicle. We will not be held responsible for misprints or inaccuracies due to the vin decoder on the computer program. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end this auction early and sell this vehicle at any time if the reserve has not been met or the auction has not ended.
